CASE
Coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers that protect structures, join materials, and keep out water and weather, from the roofline of a high-rise to the steel at its base.
The material science company
Impervia Holdings builds and owns materials technology businesses serving the CASE markets and roadway construction and maintenance.
The name comes from the Latin impervius: that which cannot be worn through. It is the standard we set for every material we make.
Impervia Holdings, LLC is a privately held materials technology company. We acquire, build, and grow businesses whose products protect, bond, and seal, from industrial coatings and adhesives to the materials that keep roads in service. We have no fund deadlines, so we can hold what we own for as long as it remains well run. We finance each investment with the structure that fits it, drawing on our own equity and outside capital such as private credit.
We keep the holding company lean. Each business keeps its own name and character. Our role is to give it what it needs to perform: capital, governance, a long view, and the right people in the right roles.
Coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers that protect structures, join materials, and keep out water and weather, from the roofline of a high-rise to the steel at its base.
Materials that build, preserve, and repair pavement. Sealants, modified binders, and surface treatments extend road life and lower the cost of upkeep.
We buy to keep. Decisions are measured in decades, not quarters.
Conservative balance sheets and clear separation between holdings protect each part of the whole.
We stay close to every business we own and act decisively when it needs a new direction.
